I once was approached by a lass who offered to knit ,e a willy warmer. Straight up.

I pop round for the promised measuring and she did indeed warm it up for me!

Shattered this morning, belted up to Manchester yesterday to watch the Champions League match, terrible nights sleep in a Travelodge at Knutsford services and up at 6.00am to get my lad to work by 10.00am.

But well worth it, a nice bit of Father and Son quality time.

I went for a job interview once - a job in sight of Old Trafford
I was asked why I wanted a job here
I answer that I was hoping to get tax relief for charity work so close to the stadium

for some reason I didn;t get the job

Sat in Pebbles tavern with a pint of proper cider ( Branch's 'Farm Boy) and listening to Floyd and Black Sabbath. Don't get much better than this!

Yeah not sure what happened there 🙄.

Anyway, to contribute something a bit more meaningful we've booked trip to Mallorca in Oct.
10 days cycling, that'll do nicely. 😉
