Am in two minds over this. I don’t have a problem with it ethically but I do have concerns about how it would be administered.
Also we live in a country were thousands of people in their last days die from the amount of pain killers needed to keep them pain free, so we already have a version of it already .
It’s a complicated situation and I yet to be convinced one way or the other.

I don’t need convincing. My dad’s last days were awful. They would have had me in court if I’d made an animal suffer like that.

That echoes my thoughts. As I said, I dont expect everyone to agree but the people who want the option to end life are not forcing others to do the same so it should imo be vice versa ie those against it should not take that choice away from everyone else.

I agree, because of some people's beliefs they shouldn't inflict pain and suffering on others.
My Father suffered for a couple of years, gradually getting worse on a daily basis until he had no dignity left. He suffered badly at the end.
