As the old saying goes 'one man's hash brown is another man's bacon'......it might have lost a bit in translation there.

I don’t think in the history of fried breakfasts has anyone ever said ‘ hold the bacon I will have an extra hash brown instead’ 😂😂😀

Unless they were vegetarian…… and that doesn’t count 😂😂😀

I’ve never actually had hash browns, but given that they’re based on potatoes I think I would definitely prefer them over bacon.

Oh, they are nice, especially if fried or in the air fryer. The coating needs to be well done. I've tried grilling them but they were no where near as nice.

We has steady rain here which wasn't forecast.
I am having home made burger, chips, peas and gravy for tea.

Raining here now and just had a big cloudburst.

Just had Mushroom risotto with a piece of warmed up Foccacia and will have wine and cheese with biscuits etc later.
