Maybe you could let us know what exactly are appropriate topics for this particular thread then as there seems to be a hugely diverse number every day.

Mod response: Generally anything that relates to, or happens during, retirement is ok to discuss apart from the general subjects that are only allowed in NCAP.

The original post was made as a) the subject has been done to death multiple times, b) they generally dissolve into antsy bickering and c) we try to minimise parallel threads on the forum wherever possible.

As you and ihave interacted on the thread directly involving disc/ rim brakes. You know exactly how divisive views on this matter can be . This is not the place for divisive ( unless I’ve had comments removed and am sulking 😂).
This is thread is a safe haven away from divisive. 😀
