Well I was up at 4am, that'll teach me for drinking coffee after 7pm, but went back to bed so up for the second time just before 9am. Done a few jobs around the van, waiting for the weather to warm up a bit before heading to the beach for a swim, supposed to be in the mid 20's today and not a cloud in sight. Still in Muxia for another couple of days.
Will probably catch up with the World's ITT later, I suppose another Evenepoel win.

I stuck iplayer on for the road running champs from Copenhagen. It was the men’s and women’s half marathon today.Two very enjoyable races with the women’s winner winning by a decent margin but the men’s was slightly closer. Nice to see a Swede winning the men’s instead of the usual Kenyan for a change.

Millie had a good walk around the playing fields for a change and the managed it quite well, it's only about a mile and a half but as she is an old girl that's about as far as she can go these days.
I've cut the grass for the first time in about 3 months and did some tidying up.
In the house, I've vacuumed downstairs so I've had an industrious morning.
Now I've got to get some tools together for tomorrows session at our daughter's new place.
I'm like a slave at the moment, busy busy busy.

Just come back from a ride

normal loop but clockwise - which is backwards to me

I went that way so I could stop at the cafe boat on on the last third of the ride but I couldn;t find it!

that has happened before when I am not certain which bridge they are at and in places you can ride past on the other side of the canal and they are hidden


so I was starving when I got home!!
