Just paid £9.00 for two coffees at Donnington services

Expensive, especially if they were both regular size.

Coffee prices have been silly for a long time now.

Cake prices even worse. Costa on Saturday wanted £4.55 for a small piece of chocolate cake. Very thin slice, maybe 12 to 15 per rectangular bar of the whole thing. That is one expensive cake!

Went for a drive to blow the pipes out
Diesel is over £2 now, I've still got half a tank (about 300 miles)
not too sure what to do, will it rise more, or could it fall ?
Oh a bought a new hand blender, tried to do without it as the old one broke
but for soups you can't beat a blender

The family has Life360 on our phones.
It's only set on tracking as & when one of us grown-ups is on a solitary hike or summat similar on a 'just in case' basis.

I have returned from the metropolis. Lots of traffic about. £1.71a litre of petrol. Blimey.

I am tired now.

I passed a Shell Garage in Welwyn garden city on the way to my daughter's place today, £1.77 a litre. The BP at the top of our road is £1.63.

I got a watermelon out of Aldi recently. Left it sitting for 3 days and noticed an awful smell. It had started to rot and there was a disgusting smelly liquid oozing out of it. I don’t rate their fruit and veg much.

Some can be iffy. I only buy things i can check visibly eg tomatoes, grapes and bananas.

Just done one of the courses I was supposed to do
these are online for AgeUK

Decided to try the GDPR one as I have probably been on and taught more GDPR courses that my boss has check her daughter's location!!

anyway - quite a short on
and I failed

One question wrong


turned out it was a multi choice - tick which if the following 4 are correct
one answer was
"GPDR came into effect in February 2018"
I knew it was 2018 so I had ticked it
when I checked it is May 2018 - not Feb

REALLY???
THAT is something you think is important to test??

I have had this before with this set of tests
and I have complained about it - I think they are starting to move to a different supplier
but I have 2 more to do - and one i have tried several times and failed due to similar things

one was "what to do in am emergency"

one option was "Ring 969"

with the font and colour they used - and being a bit dyslexic possibly
I just didn;t see that 6
