Painkillers working, feeling woozy. Snooze time.

When I faceplanted and ended up in A+E with an " impacted fracture of the humerus " I was given 2 paracetamol on arrival followed by slug of Oromorph and finally several blasts on the Entinox inhaler as they inveigled my arm into a sling. Woozy and a tad nauseous

Anyone know what these little beetles are? They are living on my tomato plants, but don't seem to be doing any damage.

The image appears to show Southern Green Shieldbug (Nezara viridula) nymphs in an early or mid-growth stage. [1, 2]
Large number can damage tomato crops. Small numbers can be controlled by removing them by hand and dropping them into soapy water.

Been to our first line dancing lesson and it was a disaster. My brain and my feet don't work at the same speed so messages to coordinate my legs arrive too late to keep up with others.
But I enjoyed it anyway and so did Mrs G although she has the same problem as me.
We were told to persevere and it will improve with time.
Our group is 10 strong and all at a similar age but with only one other man so he was pleased to see me.
We will go again next Wednesday .

Lucky me... today I have gotten my mitts on the definitive badge of aging - my 70 years of age Driving Licence - albeit 2.5 months early.

I applied online (frustratingly tortuous) just 5 days ago and, with a weekend in-between, it arrived amazingly fast.

The only downside is the photo it bears does not reflect my youthful vitality...

Not a good nights sleep last night and a headache when I got up so decided it was a great idea to go out for a ride.

Actually the headache went away so wasn't too bad at first until missed a Garmin prompt and accidentally pressed the re-route tab which then sent me around and a route for home the same way I came from, so re loaded the route and all fine.

Managed to avoid any rain and ended up at 127km.

Horses at Newmarket and food stop at All Saints church in Little Shelford.
