I had a good one and feel like having another one.

I made myself go for a walk. It was either that or go back to bed. A short one today (2 miles) but glad i made the effort as we has rain tomorrow, according to BBC forecast.

Well the grandkids are here

and, as we had a 40% off voucher for a local pub that has been closed for a few weeks being refurbished
we thought we would try it

Now - since I was told I have coaliac disease I have been avoiding gluten and making sure restaurent (etc) know and can do it the way I need it

and all has been well

until tonight

tummy feeling bad - then burps getting worse and worse
then 10 minutes throwing up in the loo


I suspect "the other end" will have its say later on

I spent today wandering around the old town of A Coruna and even with 2 cruise ships (and one was very large, more like a floating island) it didn't seem that busy, I did bump into what I suspect was a few of their guided tours, just confirmed it's not for me being herded from one must see sight to the next. Anyway some lovely architecture , I've learnt with these old streets don't look at eye level look up the street fronts may have changed over the years but what's above normally hasn't. The weather has changed, it even rained while I was out forcing me to take refuge in a bar for an hour or so.
