Off to Dunster this morning for a walk around the castle and for a bit of shopping. Lunching at the Star later.
BiL will only be coming down to stay overnight on Saturday now, as he's been feeling a bit unwell. Every cloud...

Morning all. Bright and sunny but cool at 10°.
I normally sleep well but wake up earlier than I want. Today was the same except I woke at 4.30 but drifted off again then slept well till 8.15........very naughty as I'm supposed to put the 1st drops in at 8!! (Dont snitch on me).
I must get a walk in but my eyes hurt in the bright light and my sun glasses are prescription so make things worse.

Had a WhatsApp message earlier for my first group ride of 70 kms with u3a on November 5th weather depending.
I think this will be the last ride until the spring but it would give me the chance to meet other members.

Covid jab this evening

I'm saying nothing about what I think about the covid jab or I'll be in danger of getting stuck in to the mods again!

Took the car up to St Fillans to give it a run and had a walk along the old railway line. Temperature gauge in the car was saying 3 degrees. Next couple of night are to be close to freezing.
