Managed to get out for a ride after lunch

but my breathing was terrible all the way out
took some Ventalin after a mile or so which helped a bit

then stopped early and sat down on a bench and had a drink - I normally just stand and lean against something!

anyway - got home OK after that but went back the way I came as it is more populated so if I needed to stop and just get a taxi home I would be near a road to get one!


I think I need to see the doc next week!

You may want to avoid the Dewdrop Inn in Ilkeston, then. They sell superb cheese and onion cobs for a bargain £3.50, mmmm, delicious!
Achieved national coverage last year; journo's even travelled up from that there London to marvel at them!
