Breakfast ( peanut butter and marmite on toast) and one coffee downed and watched a bit of NFL highlights on YouTube.

Got a Zwift session in yesterday so will either be an admin/indoor stuff day or some gardening (greenhouse needs clearing out ) depending on the weather.

Oh and will be having chip butty for lunch when the chippy van gets here.

Peanut butter!!! A food i have never tried. Lots of people say how nice it is and I'm not knocking it I've just never tried it. I think its the colour and consistency together that put me off.

Have to get a decent one though, a lot of the cheaper ones are very sickly.

@Mike Ayling dont forget to look after my grandson as he flies out to Oz the Friday. You will recognise him as he takes after me.
He flies into Sidney, stays at Wollongong (only an Oz could come up with that name) than flies West to Pert for 2 weeks.
NB
Over here on tv we get (repeats of) a series we call Nothing to Declare...... it might be called Border Force over there. Its fascinating what people will try and how good your airport customs officers are at sniffing out the 'baddies'.

@Dirk I was just reading about the international sand bike racing a Weston Super Mare. It says there were over 1,000 bikes competing.
Does that sport interest you ?
As a lad I remember watching it at New Brighton......that must have been late 50s/early 60s.
Edit
Just read that at NB it went into the 70s.
I don't know if any of you have tried grass track cycling, I used to make a few bob at the highland games when I was a kid.

So it's overcast and very windy up here at the moment but it looks like the rain has missed this time.

Seeing as how you like Scotland and your camper van, if you use Youtube this guy is quite good to follow. He's having problems with his van just now but hoping to get it back on the road next week. Some of the places he visits are interesting.

No matter how far I stray Scotland will always be home. Just need to convince Mrs D of that, although she is slowly softening on that.

Nice neck of the woods, Wollengong, actually the coast road in places is quite scenic. So much to see.
Talking of customs. They are extremely strict. We got pulled aside on one visit and asked what we had in our bags, this was after they had been x-rayed. Had we anything to declare or illegal ? No, we had`nt. We had to unpack and they rummaged through our things. What they found was in fact a mini tripod for the camera. They thought that it was a martial art weapon. There were no apologies, just a "you can go over there and repack". We felt like criminals.

Wolongong would be a First Nations word

At a bit of a loose end as today's scheduled Derbyshire walk with Graham and Crazy Nick has been postponed to November 17th due to the weather forecast. Here's hoping it'll be better then! May have to follow @PeteXXX 's example and sort out the loft, but hard to summon up any enthusiasm.
