Good morning all.
The forecast was for a misty start to the day, but there is none at the moment.
Some domestics to be done, and then out on one of my trusty bikes for a while. MrsP wants me to get some specific baby milk for the grandson from the shops, they had it in stock the other day, but who knows.

Good morning folks, woke early despite a tiring day out yesterday. I have been sending photos and the occasional video of granddaughter's activities such as practicing piano, helping grandma make a cake, cleaning the table and wiping the place mats etc. Her mum responded last night to the effect that she's a different child when she's with us, and can we keep her 😂.
Another day of entertainment awaits.

Its true, when you have your own you are (often) working 90 mph and busy with living. With grandchildren you (often) have more time to actually enjoy them.

Morning all. A decent sleep and a decent day ahead weather-wise.
I have a casserole to make and put in the slow cooker this morning.
Early pm I have to take my car in for a recall job. Its a 65 plate but someone has decided the airbags need replacing. Problem is the nearest approved dealer is St Helens, about 11 miles away. The only plus is the car will get a decent run out.

Busy day today, decorating is finished thank goodness and my daughters room is 90% back to how it should be, we just need to work out where we temporarily store all the boxed up crap that’s not going back in there!

Off to Didcot first thing to drop my car off for it’s first service, then a couple of hours advanced motorcycle training for my IAM test. Weather is nice and dry here so should be a nice ride.

Morning all . Got to get up in a few minutes as the car is going to a specialist to try and get its air conditioning sorted. It’s been playing up off and on for the last couple of years . I had it re gassed in the spring which seemed to sort it out but it seems to have failed completely a couple of weeks ago .
What with having to have a new shower, having to have the house re wired and this it’s going to be an expensive month.

I failed to get a haircut yesterday, the barber i use had quite a queue of kids waiting, I forgot that it's half-term down here.

Me and Sherpa Bruce climbing Featherbed Moss today, whereupon I will uphold the honour of CycleChat by becoming the first person, first Scotsman, and first CCer to eat a Chicken Fajita Pot Noodle at the summit. This will be an historic day for the empire.

Misty start here abut sun is now emerging.

Had a coffee and breakfast of muesli with stewed Quince and yogurt.

Out shopping and thrifting this morning and may give the All Road bike a spin later after yesterdays new fork install.
