Well it's another beautiful day here, blue sky and hardly a breath of wind, nothing planned today, probably just go for a wander and see where my nose leads me.

Had a sudden need for a sleep so as I was still in PJs it was a no brainer. I need breckiy now and then will attack my slow cook casserole.

Grand son is coming at lunch time to remove an old tv aerial that is hanging loose , reposition some tiles and put a cowl on the chimney as a black bird fell down it not long ago. He is a roofer so no problems for him.

Well, i made it to the garage for the air bag recall. As I said, its in St Helens. What a ball ache, good job i have myself plenty of time. Its 40 years since I last visited this town......someone has dropped a bomb on it then rebuilt a massive sprawling new town, I was totally lost. Some kind soul gave me good directions.
All I have to do next is find my way out of here

Bike ride on the winter bike today. It's not been used for over a year as I was on fixed. Had a new BB in it. Noticed stem bolts are rusting so will get some more

Life is so exciting.
My momo has a new airbag......I'm sure it now drives better, as it does when its had a wash .
Also......I am now booked into Specsavers for 10 days time so will get new specs. I use varifocals and with their 2 for 1 I will get prescription sunglasses for general walkabout.
AND......my slow cooker casserole smells lovely.
