I can 100% see the appeal of your beautiful UK sunrises (though I would never get up in time to experience them myself), but I can 0% see the appeal of that... Aaargh!!! :eek:

Think I'd perish in that heat !

Anyway only thing I'd go to Vegas for would be a Raiders game at the Alliegiant stadium.

This rain reminds me of Desmond... torrential, relentless, for well over two hours now.

according to the interweb, 93mm of rain fell on Lancaster in those two hours :eek:

Bloody lovely and sunny at 10.45 this morning when I set off. Warmed up a bit but not 'heatwave' strength. British countryside takes some beating when the sun shines, eh?
