We have 16 degrees but it's blowy and very overcast.

Beautiful morning here this morning, which I rather wasted by only having 4 hours' sleep, so took the direct 11-mile commute in. If there's anything left in my legs later, it'll be the longer route home, a Friday night and a good kip.

Weirdly warm here and hellishly windy this morning. Usual route took 2 hrs 5 mins instead of the 1 hr 40 I had it down to... Sadly the wind appears to be dying down so no tail wind in the way home...

We peaked at a heady 21 degrees today here. That is an all time record for Halloween apparently. Well I can put up with the cack that's blowing in from the Atlantic now with a smile on my face

I haven't been to Leicester since I graduated from the University of Leicester, way back in 1995. I really should get up there (probably on the bike).
