This has got to be a wind up. After asking 4 drivers he has not received a single f*** off ! The people he asked were thick really thick.

I guess his defence to committing an offence by walking on the motorway would be public interest and road safety by trying to find out why so many vehicles were illegally occupying the emergency hard shoulder. The motorway is covered by CCTV anyway so the police could issue fines to the drivers owners of the vehicles for using the hard shoulder if they really wanted to.

He is a cheeky chappy though. It won't be long before he is punched.
