Following on from the angry thread, what little things make you happy beyond reason?

For me, for starters:

Making a white or cheese sauce that turns out just the perfect consitency. Just spot on for pouring, or enrobing cauliflower, or whatever I need it for.

A perfect frost or dew laden spider's web.

Finding one of those downhills that just gives you the momentum to get up the next uphill without changing down a gear.
