Home made hot-chocolate made from 90% coca solids chocolate, Baileys, full fat milk, cinnamon & grated apple.

A '98 Kawasaki ZX-9R; Dynamically the bike was so wrong it managed to be too heavy yet also too powerful for its own good at the same time. A hand full at the best of times & more than willing to try & spit you off with no warning if you got it even slightly wrong. But when I managed to get it all hooked up for the perfect hot lap the feeling of satisfaction was immense, like taming an animal.

Finding one of those downhills that just gives you the momentum to get up the next uphill without changing down a gear.

Ride fixed & you'll find them all the time
