Clean bed sheets
Lighting a fire
The crack of an ice cube when you pour the drink in
breaking ice on a frozen puddle
the smell off Mrs greedo when she's had a bath
A dog coming into a room full of people and coming straight to you wagging it's tail

i would hope that's a given and something that doesn't just give you a disproportionate amount of cheerfulness!!!

The first kiss when my partner gets back after 3 weeks away.

Home made hot-chocolate made from 90% coca solids chocolate, Baileys, full fat milk, cinnamon & grated apple.

A '98 Kawasaki ZX-9R; Dynamically the bike was so wrong it managed to be too heavy yet also too powerful for its own good at the same time. A hand full at the best of times & more than willing to try & spit you off with no warning if you got it even slightly wrong. But when I managed to get it all hooked up for the perfect hot lap the feeling of satisfaction was immense, like taming an animal.

Almost everything!

12 off the top of my head right now:

looking at my christmas tree twinkling
the sharp sunlight early in the mornings in Newcastle
finding crabs in rockpools
lying on the sofa in the afternoon watching sunbeams
cheery waves from WVM when I let them past
that the tiling I'm doing in the bathroom looks ok so far
the last 20 minutes of Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
Rene by the Small Faces
double dispatch pattern
the double curve shape of the brake cables on old racers
the cyclamens in my windowbox
the row of tiny christmas baubles I sellotaped under a shelf in the hallway
