Kids TV on a Saturday morning with Phillip Sholfied, Ed The Duck et al.
Ed the duck was afternoon telly with Andy 'Channel M's* only star' Crane and Andi 'gay as a deckchair' Peters. Phil 'the silver fox' Schofield's time in the broom cupboard was spent with Gordon The Gopher.

*Channel M is Manchesters answer to community telly and watching it is possibly the major contributing factor to the breakdown I had.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of it,
They used to be sold in Safeway (another thing that you no longer see), it was a drink in a purple or red plastic bottle which was really thick, as if it had been made through injection moulding.
The lid was the most distinctive part of it, it was a sort of tab which you snapped off and so couldn't re-seal. The drink itself tasted horrible but addictive and was probably filled with an ungodly amount of chemicals but I remember it distinctively when I was younger and you can't find them any more (probably a good thing).

Any ideas?
