Im always wary of claims that isometric specific exercises are best when most things you do are dynamic , im not saying planking for that long is not an exceptional feat im just aware that there's more to life and fitness than one move claiming to be the only thing that you will need

I didn’t see any claim that strong legs, strong arms, strong core are the only things you need.

I won a months free membership at my gym for doing a 15 minute plank. Bored the crap out of me though.
