Sometimes the rulebook is thrown out as with Reading's own Ricky Gervais. Most of his stuff (not a fan myself) is difficlut to pin down in this way. It is a shift in reality towards a slightly off-course world that is not off enough to be ridiculous but still odd.
No doubt somone has given that a name!
