Absolutely. There's something at play here; either someone trying to settle a score, a challenge or a dare, or even - don't dismiss it - a set-up.
The guy shows an almost unnatural amount of restraint (given that I presume he knows he can take the thug!) and there is no doubt that he is being goaded with the intention of starting a fight. I reckon both know full well it's being filmed.
Personally I reckon (and obviously it's a complete guess!) that thug lad and mates thought they'd try and take on the guy, the body guard, just to see how hard he was. Perhaps it was a pub bet, perhaps thug lad had bragged he could take him, who knows. Perhaps even there was some score that someone wanted settled. But I don't rule out the possibility that the whole thing is a set up.
