For a long time due to taking very strong pain killers for various silly ailments.Knee cartlidge trouble ,Hernia and a mystery pain in my groin,no more info on that.I had to leave the booze alone.So i think my tolerance level has dropped.Six weeks ago did manage it.But had to have coffee before i went to bed slightly dizzy.
