if you read the original paper it's not entirely a joke. The points he makes are valid, but what he's saying, in effect, is that all public health messages need to be taken with a pinch of salt. Not too much salt. 10% of the RDA should be enough......

I do it this way (leave out the spaces wherever I put one)

type in [ url= then paste in the web address, and then the closing square bracket. Then type in your key word, then type [ / url ].

There's another way using one of the icons at the top of the reply, but I don't tend to use it so I'm not sure how....
