It is an interesting idea to use Streetview for a game, but that particular one didn't do it for me.

It picks them randomly. I had several in Africa when I found the game on Gizmodo. (got them all wrong of course)

You do and the location of the pie is shown in one of the Streetview pictures and will be revealed at random once every 64,000 rounds of the game!
