So, about me. 41, live in sunny Carluke, rode at a very basic level for 15 years, mostly commuting, then had a heart attack at 38 (out of the blue, congenital problem) just getting back in to it by buying a hybrid that i took delivery of yesterday ( http://www.ridgeback.co.uk/bike/x3)…rode 7 hilly miles yesterday, 5 today….loving being back in the saddle…..

Is it my round?
