Just to add my two cents, in case anyone else digs up the thread. I bought a few items recently and was emailed two days later saying that one was out of stock, and 'would I like another item or a credit for later' (no refund offered in the email), they also conveniently emailed right at the end of the day (to the minute) so they wouldn't have to deal with it until the next day. Am currently waiting on a refund.
Can't argue with the prices but as in various cases above, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The only bike store that I've ever had issue with, although I've never entered a Graham Weigh shop.
