???
I quoted your post which is (IMO) aimed at his response as a policeman rather than actually reading what he wrote.
He was repling as a copper telling us he could have internet forum posts searched for evidence of intention.
I wasn't even referring to any of your earlier posts in this thread, or the one which seems to have got under your skin, just the comments in that one post which I quoted.
Got "under my skin" as you put it as he aimed his copper speak incorrectly at me, worng person, suggesting incorrectly that my intention was to ride around with my D-lock on my bike's handlebars with the intention of D-locking some one. I never suggested this what so ever. Another example of a copper thinking 2+2=5. The other thing that has also got my goat is his apparent acceptance that the nutter perpetrator will likely not be caught and telling us this, remember he is a copper if indeed he is, instead preferring to suggest on here some of us are committing offences. I take exception to this. I would riskily state that pretty much everyone posting here is law abiding (except the RLJErs) and at some point experienced an incident similar to that which the OP experienced. In shock and fear they reported said incident to the cops and were met with either indifference, indolence or the "there is nothing we can do attitude". There are numerous posts complaining about the difficulties and frustrations, the struggle cyclists experience getting the police to do anything about nutters such as the one that threatened the OP. So copper's post is just typical of how they work or don't work. When they should be doing some thing they don't and when they shouldn't they are making people's lives difficult and miserable. Obviously there are some good coppers but they are so few and far between ime, I suspect they don't last long in the police force.
I'd suggest that you are again reading stuff that isn't there, just as I suggested earlier, but you'd probably (wilfully) misinterpret that as well.
Most unlike you to be vindictive.
