I've got a 9503, which is tow ball mounted. About the same price, if you have a tow ball, and the wheel tracks make it a very stable platform.
The downside of the 9103 is that it will cover your lights and plate, so you'll need a number board (and tow ball electrics at least), and the wheels are not secured so the bikes may flap around if you don't secure them.
