Why oh why, oh why do they start roadworks in Winter then just sit in their vans waiting for the rain to stop, whilst cars queue up at temp traffic lights? I now have 3x roadworks in the space of 3 miles.

I don’t think it’s actually raining at the moment here but everything is soaked. Just got back from walking Bertie only to find Mrs W had gone out and left all the doors open so we now have muddy paw prints on the bed.
