Went for an actual goddamn ride this evening with the wife. Quite flat. It was beautiful to be out riding this evening. Warm, sunny, birds tweeting. Wife said she could barely keep up with me and she was on an ebike. Longest ride of 18 miles since cancer and surgery. It felt bloody great! Shame my blood sugar dropped to 2.4 halfway through ride. 6 glucose tabs and 2x snack bars got me home.
