Pretty misty start up in the capital city today. Sunflowers in the garden are peering south as if to say: what's that all about then?

A preemptive strike on the shops to secure DofE supplies has predictably left us one item short so, if I'm lucky, a trip to Aldi beckons.

It's still, so I might have a bit of a ride around later.

Its a bit grey here but it seems the forecasted rains been put back a bit. Feeling a bit weary after yesterdays ride and the walk to the pub for tea. Need to finish coffee and walk Bertie, later will be weights and fingerboard.

One of many restless nights again last night, meal prep dinner is sorted so can hit the gym on the way home and then scour the medical box for some sleep assistance tablets.
Not much riding on the horizon as the weekend is going to be quite lively.
