Morning Workers and Shirkers,

Up in town today to show my face in the office, leaving early as going out in the metropolis that is Sevenoaks this evening. It is Thursday after all.

Set PBs on a couple of tracks on the sim rig last night after a glass of plonk, so seems that drinking improves my driving performance. I'll give it a go after 2 glasses next time

Nice and Sunny here. Bertie walked and now he wants to go and meet the gentleman servicing the boiler, apparently the water tank shouldn’t be leaning at 45 degrees. I’m sure the plumber who fitted the bathrooms said it was fine.
Not sure what the rest of day holds might have a rest day.

Another day of shirking from home, managed a short wobble and a couple of pints last night. Out this evening for the lad’s birthday curry. Should pop out to get some milk soon or my tea will be all wrong.
Looks sunny out, hopefully it’ll feel warmer out there than it does in here.

Afternoon all. Ride finished for today. Nice and flowing with a coffee stop en-route. Currently in Hotel gardens.

Another good ride in fine weather, very easy pedal along the Caledonia Way to Ft Augustus, more.scenery plus canals and a naked hiker.
Found that the road bike with 28 tyres is much better on gravel and tracks that i would have thought!

Up early 07-00 i had a very early 09-00 hospital appointment,all is well this was just a follow up on that massive weight loss and tiredness middle of the year when i did too much diy.Doctor said i looked fantastic it has taken three months to get the appointment..I spent three hours in town then or should i say a 'Spoons celebrating.All is VERY well.

A short spell i jail for an unruly joke which in reality was nothing huge, less than 1/2 an inch but someone took offence.

Anyway, WFH today followed by making the kids tea. MrsHDis in Palma on a hen do so I'm living life..
