@VinSumRox to give you some context, last time I was through Ceres I had a really good coffee and nice scone from the village café before riding on to St Andrews.
Last time I rode through Leuchars, there were 2 neighbours brawling in the street so I went to hide on the station platform where I knew there was CCTV.

Just out of curiosity, why skinny tyres?
Do you run them at lower pressure on blighty roads?

my lightweight obermayers are 20mm wide, run anything wider 21-22mm on them it causes aero problems, i.e. snatching as yaw angle changes, in windy conditions at high speed it's terrifying, but stick to 21-22 and they're very stable

in uk i've another set with conti sprinters, excellent wet grip and far more resistant to punctures, i'd get through umpteen veloflexes in the time it typically takes to kill a conti sprinter, downside is they ride like hosepipes, 7bar is it, any lower risks of chipping/cracking a rim on the appalling london roads (voice of experience!)

also have a set of bora ultras (tubs), but as they're wider than the obermayers it means swapping spacers on the ee brakes which is a faff, so i don't use them much
