Looks like tri bars on an aero road bike to me
Sprayed in focus rs green  and the guy has 80% eBay feedback

£600 will buy a good new bike with warranty and either 10 speed tiagra or 11 speed 105. Rutland / Paul's have the Giant Defy 1 for £630 If ready to buy

Rather depends when you are ready to buy, now a good time for deals, spring / summer not so much as the current deals on 2016 bikes will have sold out, it's peak buying time for roadbikes and the 2017 models won't yet be discounted in the most part

Why the hell have you posted up a TT bike?

This probably sums up why, for many people, buying second hand is a risk too far.

because if you remove the tri bars, change the bartape, add better tyres, you have a very good bike (if fitted properly) and that costs approx £2k new....

Guys use these for ironman etc (180km rides) .... I'd use this as my daily commuter bike (my current summer daily commuter is a Specialized S-Works Transition which is also a tri-bike .... I removed the tri-bars and it's my favourite bike .... I use it for long rides aswell ... I'd buy that Cervelo if I was on the market with a budget of £600 .... the wheels alone on that bike are worth £500

It might be worthwhile looking at a good used bike for £600, with better wheels and a 105 or Ultegra groupset

loads of bargains on ebay
