Is this anything to do with the bike shop of the same name in Ireland? If so why not email them. Otherwise try the Harris Cyclery Boston website. Or email the Clarion House in Lancashire and ask then to forward your query to Charles Jepson. Or ask on Retrobike.

Ennis or Foxford? The latter shut around 30 years ago, with few records kept. Ennis is still going and have a face book page.
