7 minutes by car but can be a lot longer if there's been an accident. 11 minutes by bike, regardless of traffic.
it's like "double benefit exercise." It takes me only 30 mins longer but for spending that extra 30 mins I get 60 mins exercise. Seems like a good way to fit in soe good quality exercise in my busy life.Yip, my first job was only about 15 minutes by car if I got up early and left before 6:30 and avoided traffic. I didn't drive much in the peak hour but it take around 45 minutes and that was 11 years ago. I do wonder now why I didn't cycle more. I think one reason may of been at the time I don't think the train alternative to the Forth Road Bridge was available, it is now for when the winds are 40mph plus.Bodhbh said:I wonder why I wasn't at it 15yrs ago.
