However, my mate at work (Dawes Super Galaxy), who has a bride fetish was seen coming out of Sainsbury's earler today with a large box of kleenex. He is not known for being over emotionl either.

The actual title of the Union Jack is The Union Flag of Great Britian and Ireland and the jackstaff is what it is flown off of any RN ship.

I wore a very nice dress and a fascinator and a big smile.

I am not a major royallist, but enjoyed a lovely day with my friends drinking champage, dressing for the occasion and having a laugh. We also all took along our own wedding albums (none of us knew each other back then) and all in all it was a fab day.

I would post a picture, but some of you might feel the need to post pictures of your purple pants etc in reply, and it will all end in tears.

I was spotted in Hastings, celebrating 'one in the eye for royalty' yesterday morning. Having just had a photo call with our 'Queen' (an unsuspecting woman we ushered into a seat outside a café in Hastings ) I gathered my cyclist's bunting and was caught in the act. My concentration was flagging. I did manage to throw the bunting into a car full of young women who were singing happily and waving flags, later that afternoon!
