To sew or not

After my last audax I got a little 100k patch, of which considering my wife is a competitive swimmer and fills the house regularly with trophies and this is my only material sporting achievement, I am quite proud .

My question is, should this be sewn on the ubiquitous audax carradice saddlebag or is this wholly pretentious? Will I look (more) like a child that has just passed its 25m front crawl badge?

If not, what do you do with said patch?

Congrats on the 100k patch.....I keep my trophies, medals in a drawer in a cabinet in the spare bedroom.

Thanks! Beginning to err towards this myself now, looks too small next to the trophies from her indoors.

Well done on the 100k @Pikey I would have the patch sewn on to my cycling jacket and wear this with pride ! Because even your good lady had to start her collection somewhere ( bet she still as the first one she got ?) The only one I have is for winning a junior clay shooting comp as a 15 year old (47 x 50) which was also the best score I ever got an never came first in anything else after lol.

I won gold in the Scottish barrel loaded shooting comp. it sits in front of her RBS woman's rugby medal. Just saying

The books presented to me for Perfect Attendance at the Sunday School still take pride of place in my bookcase, although the tide of digialisation has seen the bookcase and contents demoted to one of my garden sheds, I think.
