Thank you for your email. Unfortunately I can't view video from Youtube
on my work PC but will check it at home this evening. We don't have a
vehicle reg EX58 SVD, but do have 5 vehicles with a similar
registrations, ending J, K, L, M and O, so I assume it is the latter
one, which does do a route around the Woking area. I will of course
check the video and talk to the driver concerned. In the meantime, I
apologise for any distress caused and will ensure that this is an
isolated incident.

I emailed back saying that it probably was an O, the footage wasn't all that clear and I'm not interested in making a big fuss, just want the driver to be reminded to overtake properly and what the driver has to say.

Hopefully I'll get an email back about that, but I think this will be the only one I get.

hope being flagged up for his driving makes the driver think more carefully in the future.
