Salmon on toast? I've never heard of that one before. Do you use any sauces?

I've done that one before - with smoked salmon which is delicious. I haven't had that for ages but although I actually have some smoked salmon in the fridge, I used all the eggs up yesterday, still it's tempting to get some today

I just had Branston Pickle on toast.. great stuff.

This morning: scrambled eggs and salmon.

Has to be on brown toast though, that's our traditional christmas day breakfast . Other faves here include:

roasted pepper (fresh, none of that in a jar of oil busiiness) & cheese
bacon & cheese (in a toastie)
good ol' marmalade
