Well, I'm very flattered! It was indeed a cracking day, and great company (I mean every one else, not me, that would be a bit vain!). A great ride out to Bolton Percy, pity the tearoom was shut, but the pub served well instead. Glorious sunny weather, lots of folk out on bikes too, nice to see. And even the cafe we used in York seemed to have improved (service there can be a bit slow...). Anyway, I'll go and do the official handover write up in a minute once I've caught up with
Tea? I must say, I've been very lucky with this jersey - both handovers have turned out to be lovely weather, great company and a nice ride. Perhaps we should hire it out to events like Wimbledon, it seems to take the sun with it wherever it goes...
