I am finding this to be a lot of water.
The ratio of water to this 'tomato plant feed concentrate' seems impossible to be real.
For each 15ML capful of this concentrate to 4.5 Litres of water.

15ML is approx 3 tea spoons.
4.5 Litres is approx a gallon.Could the instructions be an error? Does this really work at this ratio of water.

Sounds pretty normal. I usually use 1 capful for half a watering can, which is about 5 litres

I swear by Tomorite which is 20 ml per 4.5 litres, so yours sound about right, perhaps a little under. Makin g a comparison is difficult without knowing the make up of the concentrate, 15ml suggests your concentrate is more concentrated than Tomorite.

Always go steady with the watering/feeding. A regular uniform amount is the key. Mine get 1 litre per plant as necessary at this time of year, when the plants are larger and temperatures higher this increases to 2 litres per plant every day. It's very important to give a regular measured amount, tomatoes react badly to irregular watering.
