Currently avoiding carbs in preparation for another bikini bod summer, so had some avocado, tomato, spring onion, lettuce chopped in a bowl with some prawns. Bloody starving now.
Curry night here chez Casa Reynard, so a home made lamb Aloo Keema*, rice, roasted veggies (shallots, sweet pepper, courgette, baby plum tomatoes & garlic), plus a dollop of natural yoghurt on the side.
