It's funny but I joined my local gym a few years ago after getting bored going all the time in my younger days...
Anyway i'm on the treadmill and this guy comes over and says

" Have you tried skipping, it's a great way to lose weight"

" How do you mean" SAYS I "like a Boxer"

"No" HE REPLIES " I mean meals ya fat B@ST@@D'

I didn't stay for long

I always think of the fat I need to lose in terms of bags of sugar too. Once tried to lift the equivalent in Tescos until I got asked to put it back....
