The guy sounds like an antisocial knob - someone without boundaries who routinely vents his "sh*t" all over people who never asked for it and leaves them covered in it. I would imagine he is universally hated and has few friends.

Nope it's a Section 4 offence..I would say that the driver was causing harrasment alarm and distress with intent to cause fossy to believe that immediate unlawful violence will be used against him!<br />
Sometimes they do! After all, it all makes footage for the multitude of 'Police Camera' type TV progs. If this guy threatened violence, perhaps they might expect him to give trouble when he is interviewed, so they might just take cameras along...Good luck with the police Fossy. Certainly sounds like reporting this one was the right thing to do. If only the police would wear head cams and post the faces of the people they visit on youtube!
The police won't do anything. Your word against that of the driver. You need video footage and even then they may still not feel it's worth doing anything.
