Too Heavy

I'm no expert on this so asked in a recent thread and got mixed replies:

Fair enough. I'm on the Rohloff hub, and it really is easy the only extra bit is having to unclip two cables. Took me at least 30s to work out the first time, and much less than that now. Everything else is the same. Appear Shimano haven't made life as easy.

I'm still not convinced I could patch a hole with the tube on the rim though.

I only fill the drink bottle to the amount I need for how far I'm going, and leave watch, waterproofs etc at home, and although I say it myself I am still impressively slow.
