On the right hand side of the image you can just make out the image of a black bike leaning against the fence.

I try to get them out in a glass. My daughter hates the things. We tried to 'adopt' one living in the back garden. We would look in on Webminster as it was known each day in order to calm her fear. He was obviously a bit shy as it sodded off not to be seen again.

So far her only line of defence is the faint hope that spiders can read!

Seeing in most species of spider, the female is dominant, why are you only using male names of which there are no female equivalents?

I'm going to call them Beryl.

Most of the big ones you see strutting across the carpet at this time of year are male.
They are horny in the autumn and are out on the pull.
