Having just watched this on iPlayer, I have one off topic question.
Were they using GoPros as helmet camera as I can't find a totally black one and their's looked smaller than the normal ones.

I think they were using the US versions of GoPros...
Look like the hero 3 to me...i watched this and expected as much from topgear tbh...i was more concerned about the back handed comments about scotland tbh

Top Gear: Cyclist’s widow tells Jeremy Clarkson: 'Look me in the eye'
Debbie Dorling says Sunday night's "distressing" episode of BBC show “totally missed the point of cycle safety”

Mrs Dorling, posting as Brians Wife, made a comment to our article on the programme, in which she said:

I sat and watched TG with my daughter as it is one of our favourite programmes. However after the initial laughter at the cycling piece we were both shocked and sickened by the content. Sorry guys, this was not good TV for a family whose cyclist husband and father was killed by a lorry. This missed so many opportunities and I am quite saddened by what went on air, had I realised I would not have watched.

Oh no, you're not alone:smile:.
Phew!. I thought I was going to be socially outcast and whipped for thinking it was dull. I didn't like David Brent - he was a tw*t of a boss and bullied his staff. Many people have these bosses at work, so what's funny about such a stressful workplace?. Ok, so it was a bit of a pastiche, but I also didn't like the fly-on-wall 'documentary' style which was in vogue at the time. There was an earlier tv show about the police which employed a similar style. Can't remember what it was called but it featured an actor from the early days of Grange Hill and in one episode, a bust goes wrong and someone gets locked in a car boot.

I loathe that Carl Pilkington Idiot abroad show where he just whines about things while massively over-rated Gervais laughs at him. Sky are desperate for shows to fill the gaps in between repeats of US shows, aren't they?.
