[She jumps out of the car saying "It's not my fault, I didn't see you!" .[/quote]

That would be laughable if it weren't so dangerous !

50yds from a junction, parked cars on the left so I shoulder check, pull out and make sure I am not in the door zone, seconds later I am overtaken by a 4x4, nice pass on the other side of the road, we arrive at the junction, me turning right with him now stopped on the wrong side of the road at the junction, I just look at him and shake my head.

Funnily enough witnessed one on the way home from work just after I wrote my last post. At some traffic lights and there was one cyclist turning right at the lights and one going straight ahead, as a result the car behind couldn't get past until they had moved forward a bit. I was approaching the lights so I saw it all play out.
They were honking the horn and yelling but then overtook the bike and swerved sharply left in front of him and braked, he had to stop as they had only just missed him and they then proceeded to give him a load of verbal.
I pulled up beside him to explain there is no obligation for him to ride in the gutter but if I'm honest probably not that politely. They clearly didn't want to argue with multiple cyclists and drove off shouting out the window.
Don't these people realise you can go to prison for purposefully running someone over! It beggars belief, if I walked into a pub and threw a brick at someone's head I'm pretty sure "I didn't actually hit him" wouldn't be an excuse and I don't think it should be an excuse for motorists experiencing road rage.

My last ride on the roadie: Dead straight 60 limit downhill going 30mph, two cars coming up towards me.
Car behind pulls out to overtake head-on to me, probably going 70+. He goes underneath my waving arm 12 inches from my bars.

Road bike has been in the shed since. It's not worth it.

So, what is it and is it for sale? ^_^

Cyclists dressed like a ninja when it is pitch black and poor visability with no lights - I mean honestly, it's only a matter of time before something hits you.

Travelling up the hill from Kings Cross towards Angel ... Along pentonville road. It's cold and pitch black @ 6am.
See a fast roadie dressed all in black flying down the hill. No lights no nothing :deathwish2012

It's got to be joggers on the shared cycle path I use. Its one with a white dividing line down the middle.
A whole group of them were spread out over the whole width of the path. I swung out to the road side where they was less of them. It was dark and I had my lights on.
Ahead of me is one of the blokes. He's running right at me! Surely he's going to see me? Of course not I end up shouting and swerving out of the way. His reaction "you should be on the road!" Mine was "open your eyes you daft p***k!".

Where I ride there's a bridge which is only wide enough to fit 1 vehicle I got to the bridge saw nobody on the approaching side so I took a strong primary so avoid an over take from behind me then some pillock on the approaching side decides I'm only a cyclist so it will be ok to make me move off the road I'm about half way over the bridge before he got anywhere near it I had to move to the side of the bridge fairly quickly before he run me off the road . A swift kick to the wing mirror called for there (to get the driver to move over & avoid a collision) ?
